This is my most favourite hot chocolate! It is everything you could possibly want – sweet, creamy & utterly endulgent. Trust me, you won’t want to go back to the powderd stuff after you make this!

Makes 4
Ingredients:
4 cups milk of choice
50g Lindt extra creamy chocolate
1 cup thickened cream
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1tbs vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
Method:
Add the milk & cream to a medium sized saucepan, set to a low-medium heat.
Bring the milk mixture to a simmer, then add in the chocolate & salt.
Stir constantly to melt the chocolate, taking care to make sure there isn’t any chocolate on the bottom of the pan.
Next, sift the cocoa powder into the saucepan, stir to combine.
Stir the mixture constantly (gently) until everything is combined & is nice & hot.
Remove from the heat & stir in the vanilla.
Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream & marshmellows (if desired)
